Refund policy

• Unopened packages may be returned within 14 days from when the package was marked as delivered. We do not accept returns for items that have been used. 

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Non-refundable shipping charges include the amount paid by the customer to ship the original order.

• Please contact us at sales@chercandoit.com to request a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Cher Can Do It. If you choose to use the pre-paid return label sent to your email, the $5 cost of the label will be deducted from the return total once we process your return.
